They cured my cat of her illness, which is brilliant and the most important thing, but were also so kind with me and really understanding (when I cried after dropping her off, when I lost track of the monitoring dates, when I rang up with the daftest questions). They also genuinely cared about, and cared for, my cat whilst she was at the centre, and their regular reports of her behaviour showed me that she was content and pampered.
